ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION TERMS
- Requests for accommodation cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at spineserbia2018@snss.org.rs Refund will be made only after the conference and only applicable under following circumstances.
- For cancellations received until September 1st 2018 refund of accommodation fees will be 100%.
- For cancellations received between September 2nd and September 20th 2018 refund of accommodation fees will be 50%.
- For cancellations received on September 21st 2018 and after, no refund
- Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of Congress, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
- If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to spineserbia2018@snss.org.rs
